Pest Control Service on PolyU Hung Hom Bay and West Kowloon Campuses

 

We wish to draw your attention to the following pest control treatment scheduled for 28 September 2019 on PolyU Hung Hom Bay and West Kowloon Campuses:

To carry out pest control treatment

28 September 2019 (Saturday)

3:00 pm 9:00 pm

  • All teaching venues & Communal areas.
  • All rooms on 4/F, 8/F, 15/F to 17/F.
  • 9/F and 10/F (CLIB office and all study areas).
  • 11/F (Student Computer Centre).
  • Rooms 1201, 1204, 1205 and 1206.
  • Please inform CFM in advance if your room is not available for pest control  treatment.

 

  • For venues/ areas other than those specified, pest control treatment will be carried out on the same day starting from 2:00 pm AND only when they are not booked/ occupied for classes or any other functions during the rest of the day. 

PolyU West Kowloon Campus

 

  • All teaching venues & Communal areas.
  • All rooms on 12/F to 14/F.
  • All rooms on N3/F (CSAO Office, FSCC and PDA).
  • S5/F (Student Computer Centre).
  • N4/F, N5/F, N6/F and Room N1001 (CLIB office and all study areas).
  • Rooms N1002 and N1003 A-J (HKCC Staff Office).
  • Rooms N1103 A-V and N1113 A-G (SPEED
  • Room S1114  (ITU Office).

 

 

Please also note the following:

 

1. All users should leave the affected areas during the course of work and should not to return to the areas within 3 hours upon the completion of the said work.

 

2. Food should be stored in sealed containers or wrapped securely to avoid contamination .

 

3. It is advised to wash all utensils thoroughly before use after pest control treatment.

 

4. If feeling unwell, please seek medical advice immediately.
