Cleaning of Air Filters on PolyU West Kowloon Campus

We wish to draw your attention to the following cleaning works scheduled for 15 to 18 January 2026 on PolyU West Kowloon Campus:

PolyU West Kowloon Campus	To clean the filters of air-conditioners	15 January 2026 (Thursday) 10:00 pm to 16 January 2026 (Friday) 6:00 am	All rooms and common areas on 12/F, 13/F, and 14/F South Tower All laboratories and rooms on 11/F South Tower 4/F North Tower, 5/F North Tower and 6/F (Library and CLIB Office) 5/F South Tower (Co-working Space and ITU Offices) 3/F North Tower (CAR Office, CSAO Office, CESO Office and Student Counselling Centre) 3/F South Tower (Jockey Club Future Laboratory of Arts Tech) Room N105 (CGAO Office)	During the course of works: Air-conditioning supply will be suspended; Noise and dust may be generated; Please lock up your belongings in your office and keep fragile items in a safe place. & Please inform CFM in advance if your office is not available for the scheduled works.
