Pest Control Service on PolyU West Kowloon Campus

We wish to draw your attention to the following pest control treatment that has been scheduled for 28 February 2026 on PolyU West Kowloon Campus:

To carry out pest control treatment

28 February 2026 (Saturday)

2:00 pm – 6:00 pm

All teaching venues & communal areas
All rooms on 3/F, 12/F to 14/F
N4/F, N5/F, 6/F (CLIB office and all study areas)
S5/F (Co-working space and ITU Offices)
Rooms S203 and S204 (Student Computer Centre), and Room N214 (ITU Office)
Room N105 (CGAO Office)

Pest control treatment will be carried out when venues/ areas are not booked/ occupied for classes or any other functions during the rest of the day.

Please inform CFM in advance if your room is not available for pest control treatment.

Please also note the following:

1. All users should leave the affected areas during the course of work and should not return to the areas within 3 hours upon the completion of the said work.

2. Food should be stored in sealed containers or wrapped securely to avoid contamination.

3. It is advised to wash all utensils thoroughly before use & after pest control treatment.

4. If you feeling unwell, please seek for the medical advice immediately.
