The CFM Office is responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operation of PolyU West Kowloon(WK) Campus by maintaining the facilities in a sustainable manner. To this end, the CFM Office carries out the following types of maintenance:

• Corrective Maintenance:

Repairs to facilities which are broken or not in proper condition

• Preventative Maintenance:

Regular maintenance of facilities to avoid service failure

• Emergency Repairs:

Urgent repairs to facilities so as to safeguard life and property

Services Provided

• Repairs to or replacement of damaged facilities, such as plumbing and drainage, internal and external finishes, etc.
• Repairs to or replacement of damaged electrical and mechanical devices, such as lighting, power and air-conditioning, etc.
